Exactly **24 hours** after your application status is confirmed by the official portal, all uploaded passport photographs, signature files, and PII details are permanently destroyed from our system storage and cache servers.
1. Information We Collect
To complete government form registrations on your behalf, our AI chatbot asks for candidate details, which include:
- Candidate name, correspondence address, and Date of Birth.
- Government registration category (General, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, etc.).
- Uploaded images of your passport photograph and signature scan.
2. Data Security & Storage
All personal details are encrypted at rest using industry-standard **AES-256-GCM** encryption. Transaction files and credentials are routed securely via TLS 1.3 tunnels. Webhook checkout triggers are verified cryptographically.
3. Shared Information
We do not share, sell, or rent candidate information to third parties. Data is forwarded exclusively to the respective official exam portal (e.g., NTA for JEE/NEET, SSC) for the sole purpose of application submission.
