By accessing and using **tutlabs Apply** (including our website, services, and chat interfaces), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using our services.

tutlabs Apply supports a staging sandbox simulation layer for payment flow checkouts. Payments simulated inside our testing simulator do not charge actual funds and are designed exclusively for demo verification. Real registration checkouts charge designated government fees and a convenience processing fee.

- **Government Exam Fees**: All government fees forwarded to standard exam portals are non-refundable as per the official notification rules of respective portals. - **tutlabs Convenience Processing Fee**: If our automated runner fails to submit your form due to server issues or portal changes, the convenience fee (₹199) is fully refundable.

4. Applicant Accuracy Responsibility

You represent and warrant that all candidate details (Name, DOB, Category, correspondence inputs) shared with our AI chatbot are accurate and truthful. tutlabs Apply is not liable for form rejections or disqualifications resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.
